Do you want some help Beating cigarettes?
With the smoking ban now in force across the UK, more and more people are saying to themselves that
"the time is right to give up smoking"
We realise that is is not an easy process though, and sometimes people need help to give up the cigarettes completely.
Although we do not produce a stop smoking product directly ourselves, we have a wealth of contacts that may be able to help
you. Some of these sites are accessible by clicking on the images either to the left, or below which will take you to external sites where they sell such products. Whichever method you chose to stop smoking though, whether it be Hypnotherapy, NLP, using Patches, using Subliminal products that activate whilst you are asleep or via a course from your doctor, there are some important things for you to remember

What is your motivation?
Sometimes people will use their children as their motivation by asking themselves
"How would my children / my son / my daughter feel if I was to die early because I didn't stop smoking?
Similarly, you could ask yourself
"What would life be like for ME in 2 years / 5 years / 10 years / 20 years if I carry on smoking at this rate (assuming that I am still alive by then)?"
Other times money will be a factor, if the average packet of 20 cigarettes is £5 a day, then, over the course of the year it adds up to over £1800. That is a family holiday (or even two family holidays for some people!!)
What would you miss about smoking?
That seems a strange question, but you "Do" smoking as it gives you some benefit (not necessarily a chemical one either. It could be that it gives you 5 minutes outside of the office, it could be that you enjoy the gossip, it could be a way to calm down, it could be a way to look cool, it could be ...........
What is it for you? How would you be able to get that benefit in a different way?
What are you going to do with your hands?
Another strange question, but ex-smokers tend to need something to fiddle with to keep their hands busy. What will you use?
How would life improve if you stopped smoking today?
What would get better in your life? Your fitness? Your finances? Your relationships? Your tastebuds? Your work?
Again, what is the benefit to YOU?
Make a vivid colourful picture in your mind as to something that you are aiming for and your success rate will go up exponentially.
