Kaleidoscope Results Coaching Ltd were formed in 2006 to provide NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Coaching and Hypnotherapy related services to the people of Felixstowe, Ipswich and the surrounding areas of Suffolk, Norfolk and East Anglia.
The head office is based in Felixstowe, Suffolk and up until recently they also had practice room facilities at HoneyGrove Hollistics in central Ipswich.

Stephen Medway (one of the directors of the company) is a fully qualified NLP Master Practitioner who has studied with some of the leading NLP teachers in the country.
Originally Stephen became interested in NLP purely from a self development point of view, striving to push himself onto better things and seeing what he was capable of.
He was introduced to NLP by a Tony Robbins seminar in 2004, where he did his first fire-walk unharmed.
In 2005, Stephen decided to further progress his training in a smaller, more intimate environment. He decided to join the course offered by Inner Compass, where he again proved to himself what his body (and mind) could accomplish and achieve. Having caught a glimpse of the power of NLP, he signed up firstly for the NLP Practitioner course, then the NLP Master Practioner course with the same company.
Since he has qualified, Stephen has regularly helped to crew events with Inner Compass, and he finds that he enjoys the challenge of stretching himself, and pushing himself beyond the self imposed boundaries that he recognises are in place.
In August 2006, Stephen left his full time job in order to concentrate on his NLP work, and has had many great successes, especially with his coaching, dealing with phobias and also the longer more intense, major breakthrough sessions.
Some of Stephens phobia clients have come in scared of spiders and, after a short session, have been outside and happily catching them in the garden within two hours!
His main driving force is the satisfaction he gets when he sees dramatic changes in others when he does a session. Each session is different, and he has found that he can still grow and learn, even when helping people to change their lives in such a dramatic fashion.
The other director – Michelle Medway – is currently employed as a nurse at St Elizabeths Hospice in Ipswich, Suffolk. She has been actively nursing for over 17 years and has developed a great compassion for the sick and the dying.
Michelle, although not actively involved in practicing the NLP therapy work, does act as a chaperone when required and is also involved in a lot of the behind the scenes work that is involved in running the company.
